Development Process

The project is composed of two phases. The first phase, already completed, offers significant office space in multiple configurations across 400,000m2 of commercial buildings, as well as a conference center and a Crowne Plaza Hotel.

East Village is the second phase of the project, a residential community featuring over 2,000 units built around a community retail plaza. Combined together, these two facets of Digital District form a modern and inclusive mixed-use community destination.

This development features 24/7 security and facilities management, with ample public parking, concierge services and a whole range of entertainment options. Given the size of the district, micro mobility solutions are being developed to help tenants and visitors move through the many different sections of this unique destination.
