Marketing Manger Description :

 

Marketing Strategy and Plan Formulation:

Formulate long and short-term marketing strategy and plans for the projects and properties of Raza in line with the overall strategic direction and ensure efficient implementation of the strategy by understanding and fulfilling the business and internal stakeholders needs.

Marketing Budget:

Prepare the periodic operating expenses and expected return on investments for marketing and monitor the implementation of marketing plans versus budget and take corrective action to respond to any changes that may arise.

Marketing Policies, Procedures and Systems:

Develop Raza’s marketing policies, procedures and systems in deciding marketing approach, target segments, product mix, packaging etc. to set Raza as a real estate market leader.

Lead the preparation of marketing instruction manuals and guides for easy reference by internal stakeholders and ensure clarity on every step of the marketing processing function.

Create a database of marketing best practices information connected with marketing for reference and internal stakeholders reference and training purposes.

Branding:

Build Raza’s brand and product concept and establish clear product differentiators for customers. Ensure high visibility of Raza’s brand through the most appropriate and cost-effective promotions and marketing tools.

Create awareness, build the brand and reputation of Raza to position it as a leading real estate management company in KSA and the region to facilitate the sale, leasing of Raza’s products, and assure customer satisfaction to achieve business objectives.

Develop on-line marketing vehicles and ensure they are systematic used to quickly and conveniently reach a mass of consumers

Market Risk:

Provide recommendations to the CEO and PAM Director on the potential market risks and issues that could affect Raza’s market share and revenues in the long, medium and short term and recommended marketing actions accordingly.

Business Relationships:

Maintain an extensive network of business and trade contacts including service providers and key customers to establish long-term relationships and ensure that Raza’s business requests are facilitated with minimal challenges.

Corporate Communication  

Manage corporate communication through different channels and various levels as i) internal communication e.g. intranet, mass e-mail etc, ii) external communication to public e.g. press releases, press conferences, public announcements etc, and iii) content management e.g. content for website, social media, corporate and functional brochures and publications, templates etc.

Build and maintain relationships with the local and regional Arabic and English media to gain business advantage, utilize business relationships to create market and customers awareness of Raza through publishing content or arranging interviews for Raza’s CEO and key stakeholders.

Marketing Research

Conduct marketing research on key marketing concepts, campaigns, messaging statements to measure the public feedback on Raza and marketing concepts and lead marketing decisions that enhance the understanding of the marketing audience.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Support in educating tenants and internal employees on CSR to build awareness of different CSR programs.

Continuous Improvement 

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the marketing and communication function and its systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practices’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS (minimum not maximum):

Qualifications

University degree, preferably in business or marketing.

Professional marketing and communication qualifications are preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in KSA and GCC and in the real estate or property development industry.

Skills

Management, risk management, analytical, time management, project management, multi-tasking, problem solving, decision making, negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
